Open your profile and copy the address from the browser bar. It looks like linkedin.com/in/your-name. We read your profile and recent activity the way any logged-in visitor would. You will see one profile view from Deepak Ravtani. Nothing on your account is changed.

It asks what you want LinkedIn to do for you, who you want to reach and how you sound. It is optional, and it changes the audit more than anything else you send. LinkedIn lets you download a copy of your own data. It is the only complete record of your posts, comments, skills and connections. On a computer, click Me (your photo, top right), then Settings & Privacy. Open Data privacy, then Get a copy of your data. Choose the first option, the larger data archive, and click Request archive. LinkedIn may ask for your password. LinkedIn emails you twice. The first email arrives in about 10 minutes with a partial file. Wait for the second email, usually within 24 hours. Its file name starts with Complete. Download it within 72 hours, before the link expires, and unzip it. Make a new folder. Copy in only the files listed below. Zip that folder and upload it. Some file names end in a number, for example Shares_123456.csv. That is normal. If a file is not in your export, LinkedIn left it out because that part of your profile is empty. Send what is there. The data export shows what you posted. This file shows how it performed: impressions, engagement, follower growth and who your audience is. On a computer, open your profile and scroll to the Analytics box. Click Show all. Click Post impressions. Change the date range to Past 365 days. Click Export, top right. An Excel file downloads. Its name starts with AggregateAnalytics. Send the file as it is. Please do not open and re-save it.

Two numbers are not in any export: how many people viewed your profile and how often you appeared in search. Open your profile, find the Analytics box and click Show all. You will see four tiles: post impressions, total followers, profile viewers and search appearances. Take one screenshot showing all four tiles, including the small grey text under each number. That text states the period, and we need it.

How long does the audit take?

The Essentials Audit arrives within 24 hours and the Professional Audit within 48 hours. The clock starts once we have everything the audit needs: your profile link for Essentials, and your profile link plus the four LinkedIn files for Professional. LinkedIn can take up to a day to prepare your data export, so request it first.

How do I receive the report?

By email. The report is an interactive page that opens in any browser, with every rewrite in one place and a copy button on each.

How much does it cost?

The Essentials Audit is ₹999. The Professional Audit is ₹1,999.

Can I get a refund?

You get a full refund if we cannot complete your audit, for example because your profile or files cannot be read and you would rather not resend them. Once the report is delivered there is no refund. If anything in it is factually wrong about your profile, we correct it and resend it within 48 hours.

Which audit should I choose?

Essentials, if the profile itself is the problem, you post rarely and you would rather not export anything. Professional, if you post or are about to, and want to know what is working and who is reading. The profile audit and the rewrites are the same in both. Professional adds Baseline, Audience and Network, and completes Content and Activity, from 12 months of your own LinkedIn data.

Do you need my LinkedIn password?

No. We never ask for your password, never log in to your account and never change anything on your profile. We read it the way any logged-in visitor would, and you make the changes yourself from the report.

What if my profile is private or nearly empty?

If parts of your profile are hidden from other members, the report says exactly what we could not see and audits everything else. Nothing is guessed. If your profile is sparse, that usually becomes the main finding. Send your CV and the rewrites are built from it.
